Helena Stjernholm has been CEO of the investment company Industrivärden since 2015. She has a long and broad experience in business development, board work and active ownership. Today, Helena is Vice Chairman of the Board of Ericsson and a board member of Sandvik, Volvo and Industrivärden.

Industrivärden is a long-term asset manager and active owner in a concentrated portfolio of Swedish listed companies, contributing to the portfolio companies’ operational and strategic development and long-term value creation. Today, many companies are facing an increasingly complex environment with increased competition and major changes. This ranges from changing macroeconomic conditions in companies’ different geographical markets, to threats and opportunities arising from disruptive and interconnected megatrends. Helena will share her views on the demands these challenges place on today’s businesses.
