Interview with Magdalena Persson from MAQS Advokatbyrå, partners of the Bünsow Business Growth Forum.
Why is the Bünsow Business Growth Forum an important event for you to participate in?
– Bünsow is an obvious meeting place for us. A national arena for future growth taking place in Sundsvall fits well with our way of looking at life. We are a national business law firm with local and regional roots in Sundsvall and northern Sweden, as well as in the rest of Sweden.
What do you think about this year’s theme “Green opportunities in Northern Sweden?”?
– This year’s theme has hit the nail on the head. The way northern Sweden is now reindustrializing provides inspiration – and there are many opportunities and collaborations to explore. The green theme is a given, no other way is possible for us. We at MAQS have deep knowledge of the law related to, among other things, sustainability and new energy sources and last fall we at MAQS established our national industry group Forestry based in Sundsvall, so we are very much looking forward to participating and contributing to the discussions at Bünsow.
New for this year is that you together with Elite Hotel Knaust will arrange a pre-evening to Bünsow on October 19, tell us more about the evening!
– We invite you to an exciting pre-program with a renowned panel to discuss key topics within this year’s theme. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to network and mingle with panelists and other invited guests while enjoying snacks and surprises in a traditional setting at one of the city’s most beautiful hotels – Knaust. We can’t reveal all the elements yet, but we will release more information about the content and participants on stage as we go along. No one will want to miss this event.
How will the pre-event on October 19 add value to Bünsow and the main program on October 20?
– We add accessibility. It will be an excellent opportunity for networking – making new contacts and strengthening ties with existing ones. The evening will also be a good preparation for the main program the following day. We look forward to personal meetings with exciting conversations where we discuss important issues concerning Sundsvall and the entire northern region. It brings together business and politics with the common aim of driving growth.
