Interview with Fredrik Malmström from Picea Bygg, Partner to the Bünsow Business Growth Forum.
Picea Bygg is a private construction company with local ownership. The company has been around for 26 years and today we have 60 employees and a turnover of about 190 million. Our activities mainly involve new construction and refurbishment, but construction services are also a major part of our business.
What is the next step in your growth journey ahead?
– We will focus on recruiting even more competent and skilled staff, but also younger staff directly from the school with a few years of experience. All to build the team for the future.

– The Bünsow Business Growth Forum is a fantastic meeting place to put Sundsvall and northern Sweden in the spotlight and on the map. How do you develop our region to be a better and more attractive place to live and work?
– We promote our activities and try to generate interest in the profession and the work we do. We feel that through our projects and our fantastic customers, we are together creating a vibrant city center and conditions for a vibrant Norrland where people want to thrive and live together, now and in the future!
