Partner interview with Frida Rodin, Group Manager for Internal Finance, SBC PARTNER – UNGA BÜNSOW
You are a new partner of Unga Bünsow. What made you want to step in as a partner?
Unga Bünsow gives us a unique opportunity to connect early with future property managers and to demonstrate what we stand for as an employer. It is also a platform where we can highlight SBC while showcasing Sundsvall as a city where people can grow, build a career, and truly enjoy their working life.
SBC has a strong commitment to community and regional development. Can you tell us more about the initiative “Largest in the North” and why it is important to you?
As one of the largest players in our industry, with a strong presence in Sundsvall, we see it as a natural responsibility to contribute to regional development.
With our largest office based in Sundsvall and the strength of a large organization behind us, we have both the opportunity and the responsibility to support regional growth.
“Largest in the North” is a way to make that commitment clear. It is about taking responsibility, highlighting our role, building internal pride, and at the same time strengthening our position externally.
How does SBC view future skills needs within the property sector?
We are on an exciting growth journey and know that the demand for skilled professionals—particularly within financial property management—will continue to increase. That is why it is crucial for us to start building relationships with future employees already today.
What do you hope participants and students will think when they meet SBC at Unga Bünsow?
We want students to see us as a leading industry player at the forefront of development. SBC is a stable employer with strong values, where community, personal growth, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do—and that is the message we hope to convey.
Future. Collaboration. Development.
