Åsa Allder is responsible for small businesses and association customers in Sweden at Nordea. Together with 175 employees, Åsa passionately leads Nordea’s Business Centre, several advisory teams and a development team. Her day-to-day work involves enabling dreams, showing direction and creating results together with leaders and employees. With a career as Senior Manager at EY, Åsa chose to leave the auditing industry in favour of banking. Åsa has held roles as Relationship Manager, Credit Manager, Head of Corporate Support, Deputy Regional Manager and is now Head of Small Businesses and Associations.
