Sara is a civil engineer educated at Mid Sweden University, with Sundsvall as her hometown and workplace after graduation. During her professional career, she has gained broad experience in business development, project management and agile methods, where she has worked as a Scrum Master, Team Manager and Senior Advisor. At Knightec, Sara combines strategic improvement work in management teams with practical development work in teams. She has been a driving force in initiatives related to goal management, knowledge sharing and development of effective ways of working for team delivery. Sara’s experience spans several sectors, from Telecom and Life Science to public sector organisations.
