Interview with Johan Enheim Jonsson, CEO of Tre Jonsson Bygg who is partners to Bünsow Business Growth Forum.
This year, Tre Jonsson Bygg has joined as a new partner to Bünsow Business Growth Forum. What made you decide to be part of the forum?
– We see our participation in the Bünsow Business Growth Forum as an opportunity to make new contacts, gain increased knowledge and be inspired to develop our business together with others. We see great potential in being part of the network and are happy to enter as a partner.
Tre Jonsson Bygg has grown from a family business to an established player with large contracts and fine carpentry. Tell us about your journey and development in recent years!
– We have gone from working mainly in construction services to today also working with larger contracts and private individuals. Our contract customers are mainly in the real estate and insurance industry. Premises adaptations and insurance cases are two major parts of our business. As part of our development in recent years, we are now active from Stockholm in the south to Umeå in the north. I am particularly proud and grateful that we have had the privilege and opportunity to retain our employees during the last few tough years.

Tack vare vår oerhört låga personalomsättning har vi en enorm expertis och erfarenhet inom Tre Jonsson Bygg. Min pappa Thord Jonsson som grundade företaget finns tyvärr inte med oss längre, men vi fortsätter leverera kvalitet och jobba på i hans anda och ser fram emot vårt 25-årsjubileum om ett par år.
The construction industry has had a tough time in recent years, what has been your strategy to see business opportunities?
– We continue to work on the basis that our people are our greatest asset and business opportunity. They deliver good work and my job is to find customers. Of course, we have adapted as best we could to the situation and tried to find new ways to drive the company forward. When the order intake decreased from our existing customer base, we have had to broaden our horizons and look for new business opportunities. We also have good cooperation with other actors and help each other when needed, so we become stronger together. Despite the situation in the industry, we hired two carpenters last fall and we continue to look brightly at the future. Bünsow Business Growth Forum will be another positive contribution in our way forward!
