Tommy Ytterström
CEO, Pro&ProTommy holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University, as well as studies in strategy and business administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
He has extensive experience in leadership roles with business responsibility, as well as management consulting positions focused on strategy and business development. Throughout his career, he has led major transformations involving business strategies, customer offerings, and organizational development, while building high-performing teams capable of delivering ambitious results.
Since the late 1990s, Tommy has recruited and developed top talent, ranging from newly graduated engineers to experienced professionals. Since 2013, he has served as CEO of the northern Sweden-based management consulting firm Pro&Pro.
