Matt Job is President and Co-Founder of Motus LLC, a leading North American supplier of high-performance molded fiber thermoforming equipment. With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, machine manufacturing, project execution, strategic planning, and business development, Matt has helped shape Motus into a company focused on advancing molded fiber manufacturing at commercial scale.

Over the past decade, Matt has worked closely with manufacturers, material suppliers, and technology partners to develop equipment and processes that improve productivity, reliability, automation, and product performance. His work has centered on helping customers move molded fiber products from development into high-volume production.

Under Matt’s leadership, Motus has introduced a new generation of molded fiber manufacturing and coating application technologies designed to address key industry challenges, including throughput, process control, barrier performance, and manufacturing cost.

Matt remains focused on closing the technical and commercial gaps that will allow molded fiber to compete more broadly with traditional plastic packaging and become a mainstream sustainable packaging solution.
