Malin Frithiofsson is the Founder and CEO of Daya Ventures – the world’s first venture studio exclusively focused on women’s health. Daya develops technology that helps women live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives, with a global portfolio of more than 15 companies and its subsidiary, Daya Africa. She is driven by the belief that women’s health is not a niche – it is the health of half the world’s population.

Alongside Daya, Malin also founded One of the Girls Has Money Now, a network dedicated to encouraging more women to invest in early-stage companies. Over the past three years, she has met more than 700 female founders and is a frequent voice on the structural funding gap in women’s health. In 2026, she received the Future Female Founder of the Year award from Ledarna.
