Birgitta Ulming is the Director of Communications at Scenkonst Västernorrland, where her responsibilities include business development and overseeing the organization’s strategic partnerships.

One such partnership is Science&Scenes, which has been run in collaboration with Mid Sweden University since 2023.

The concept is based on giving students the opportunity to engage with art and culture related to their academic programs.

Since the spring of 2026, Birgitta has held a coordinating role at Mid Sweden University to develop the university’s cultural partnerships.
