Interview with Maria Nyberg, Head of Recruitment at SCA, who this year has stepped up and is now Key Partners to Unga Bünsow.
SCA has been an important partner to Unga Bünsow since the start. You are now switching up your commitment to Key Partner, what was behind the decision?
– We want to take a bigger part in Unga Bünsow because we think it is a very good event. It is this meeting place for students that we prioritize the most in Sundsvall.
As part of the partnership, you are Maria in the project group for the event, how does that work?
– I think it works really well. This year, more students are part of the project group, which I think is good because they are the target group for Unga Bünsow. It’s good that their interests and curiosity are taken advantage of. We will, of course, create an event that is very attractive for students to participate in.
Based on your experience at SCA, what do you think is the best thing about Unga Bünsow?
– It is a professional and well-planned event that I know the students appreciate. As a company, we appreciate the same thing and it is important for us that it is attractive for students to come here and meet us companies. It has become an appreciated meeting place that we at SCA prioritize being part of.
What are you looking forward to most about this year’s Unga Bünsow on October 7th?
– The conversation, the activity, the curiosity and the energy of the students and the stage program. I look forward to interesting speakers and panel discussions on stage. And I’m looking forward to conversations at the booth as well with students eager to enter the job market.
