Poolia became an Official Partner to Bünsow Business Growth Forum during the year. You also participated during Unga Bünsow. What does your involvement mean for your business?
– Unga Bünsow is an incredibly good arena where we from the business community get the chance to showcase the job opportunities in our region. The event suits us at Poolia and Uniflex very well based on our broad customer portfolio where we can show opportunities for economists and engineers in various industries and companies. Furthermore, the Bünsow Business Growth Forum continues to impress with many exciting lectures that address the security situation, economic situation and showcase exciting business ideas.
What was the best thing about this year’s Bünsow Week?
– All the exciting meetings and interesting lectures! For those of us who are part of regional development, the Bünsow week is a natural place to be, as we get to meet tomorrow’s employees, but also sustainable companies where we can make concrete use in our area of expertise, skills supply.
Given the global situation and the role of northern Sweden in the world, what issues do you see as important to highlight next year?
– The “green transition” that is taking place in our part of the country is partly based on our business window of opportunity, but it is also of course taking place in the wake of the climate crisis we are in. Politicians, private individuals and the business community need to take more responsibility for a sustainable society. It is a topic that needs to be brought more to the fore.
