We follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden and to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we are taking the following measures:

• we increase opportunities to practice good hygiene – more hand sanitizer stations.
• we reduce the number of seats at the event.
• we number the seats for each party.
• we spread out more in the premises during coffee breaks, for example.
• we serve lunch in the canteen instead of having a mingling lunch.
• we serve the evening’s pre-drink at the table instead of at a mingle.

If you have a cold or feel ill in any other way, we ask you to stay at home for everyone’s safety. We thank you for your understanding of these measures, which allow us to carry out this year’s Forum together in a safe manner.

If the event is not possible due to restrictions on large gatherings, the ticket fee will be refunded with a deduction of an administrative fee of 250 SEK per ticket.
