Åsa Nilsson Billme has been working on gender equality, diversity and inclusion for almost two decades in different sectors and areas of activity, both in Sweden and internationally. Her focus in recent years has been the area’s positive impact on business strategy and sustainable business and societal development. She joined Nordea in 2016, where she leads the group’s strategic work on diversity and inclusion.
