Anna Carlsson Sigstedt, Secretary General of Diversity Charter Sweden is coming to Bünsow!

Anna Carlsson Sigstedt runs the Swedish Diversity Charter, the world’s largest diversity and inclusion network, which is part of the European Commission. Anna became the first Swedish Secretary General in 2019, when there were around 40 member organizations. Today, the network has over 130 member organizations with broad involvement of both employees and managers.

With 25 years of experience from both the non-profit and private sectors, Anna has with passion, commitment and conviction, and with scarce resources, developed Diversity Charter Sweden into a significant movement and voice for diversity and inclusion in business and society.

The Diversity Charter exists in 26 EU countries and brings together 15 400 organizations representing over 17 million employees. By signing a charter, members make a public commitment to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The EU platform exchanges best practices, knowledge and inspiration from successful strategies at national and international level within the EU.

We look forward to hearing Anna at the Bünsow Business Growth Forum on October 12!
